Social responsibility and ethical business practices have been the fabric of our company since the beginning of our story in 1963. We want our company values to guide our workers and partners. We thrive on treating employees with respect and making sure our factories' conditions are comfortable and safe for our workers. We are committed to building a workplace and supply chain that values and celebrates diversity.

As we have grown and changed, we have become a company with global supply chains. Our commitment to the people who manufacture our products is just as strong. We recognize our responsibility to conduct business in ways that can positively impact on our workforce, families, communities, and environment.

We take compliance with labor, health, and safety laws and respect for human rights very seriously. We recognize our responsibility to conduct business in a socially responsible and ethical manner.

As our obligation to workers in our supply chain, we strive to identify social, health, and safety issues. We are involved in FLA training and monitoring (https://www.fairlabor.org) and became an International and Pakistan Accord (https://internationalaccord.org/) signatory in 2024. We continue to learn, train, and teach our team in social responsibilities each and every year.

Giving back is part of our DNA. We actively support our local communities through [volunteer programs, donations, partnerships with nonprofits, etc.].

Each year, our team dedicates hours to causes like the beautification of our community, women’s shelters among others for those in need, youth organizations, and our animal shelters as well.
